it’s always weird when you find yourself kind of indifferent about a character/ship but you follow different people who either absolutely hate that character/ship or totally stan that character/ship. so one post will be like OMG I CANNOT WITH ALL MY FEELS BEST CHARACTER BEST EVERYTHING and then another post will be OMG I WANT TO PUNCH THIS PERSON IN THE FACE SO BAD

it gives me a new appreciation for switzerland 

• when people make beautiful edits of actors you don’t like
• when you stumble upon gorgeous graphics of ships you don’t ship
• when you see really nice gifs from shows you don’t watch  
• ugh　
• being on tumblr can be so conflicting 

hi guys. so, wow. i cannot believe that is actually my follower number! THAT IS CRAZY. 

and i mean, i guess this number is particularly cool to me because i remember when i reached 500 followers (which was such a milestone for me!) and i jokingly said to myself: “okay, so, 5000 next?” and then laughed because i would never reach a number like that. and here we are.

basically, i just wanted to write this post and say thank you. thank you for following my blog and putting up with all my various obsessions and fangirling and sticking with me through my ~feels and my text posts and rambling and being drunk and ALL OF THAT. thank your for reblogging my posts or liking them or replying to them, or sending me messages and keeping me entertained when i’m bored, and just generally being the best followers a tumblee can have. 

I DON’T KNOW. you guys are awesome, is what i’m trying to say! what the fuck are you all doing here?

typing people’s urls into the ‘search tags’ makes you feel so creepy. like you can see all these conversations and asks and whatnot people have with not me 

i think this is what peeping into windows is like 
i have come full circle 

• i hate when i go to a blog to check something, and i’m like
• i’m just gonna scroll down to the bottom of their first page and then return to my dash

• wait a minute… 
• 
• endless scrolling

• when you accidentally follow/unfollow someone
• hitting publish instead of answer privately
• following someone and then regretting it
• when you consider someone your close tumblr friend but they don’t
• fangirling over someone following you and then they unfollow a few days later
• wanting to unfollow someone you don’t feel like you really can unfollow 
• getting no notes on stuff you worked hard on, and getting tons on stuff you made in five minutes 
• having to constantly wonder if someone received your ask or if they’re just ignoring you 
• asking for messages but not getting any
• oh man
• tumblr is like a social piranha
